DEC 2025

Dear Brothers, Sisters and Volunteers:

He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” (Psalm 46:10)

Before the renovation at CMVIP, we had to decisively sort out and discard items that were no longer usable. Though this process may have been painful, it was an essential step. Subsequently, the remaining items needed to be properly sorted, packed, and stored in the warehouse. Now, as we finally return to our original location in Shek Kip Mei, we face the challenge of unpacking and reorganizing. In this process, we must once again carefully examine all items and place valuable objects back in their cabinets.

As we grow in age, burdens that should be released may accumulate deep within our hearts. Guided by God, we must learn to discern between righteousness and sin, clear the clutter within, and reorganize ourselves. Advent is a time for reflection and introspection, allowing us to examine the state of our hearts. Just as we organize our living spaces, we must also undertake a spiritual decluttering.

Thanks to God the Father’s guidance, CMVIP held a Thanksgiving Worship Service and Dedication Ceremony on December 6, 2025, at CMVIP. A total of 120 people attended that day. We are deeply grateful for the favorable weather, which allowed us to hold the worship service at the center’s entrance. May God our Heavenly Father bless this place, making it a beacon shining for the Lord, illuminating the lives of many more people. Once again, thank you for your support and participation!

Ministry Needs and Prayers:

  1. Pray for the Tai Po fire incident. May God grant strength and comfort to the affected families, healing their physical and emotional wounds.
  2. Pray for firefighters, paramedics, and FEHD personnel working in fire rescue operations. As they are the first responders to encounter and witness remain, they face immense pressure and challenges. Pray for their mental health and safety, that the Heavenly Father may grant them inner peace and strength.
  3. Please continue praying for CMVIP regular operating expenses. May the Heavenly Father move more brothers and sisters to support CMVIP through the ‘Walking together Monthly Donation Scheme’.
  4. Pray for the CMVIP staff as we begin discussing the ministry plan for the next three years in January, asking the Lord to inspire and guide our path forward.
